Bee is a team coach and full time cheerleader, whose role is to make sure everyone is thriving at work. She’s run the manager course the last four years with over a hundred people coached. Her mission, in her words “Rid the world of terrible managers”.
She has a killer combination of experience in small and fast-growth businesses, with all the skills of a fully trained marketing manager from big business such as P&G, and Amazon.
Bee has had to learn the importance of good Management quicker than most, with a team of 20 at aged 25, and having helped Up World grow from one employee to over twenty, she has lived the real experience of moving from family to sports team.
Desperately reading management books did not prepare her for the real life humans that looked at her expectantly every day, but since then she has managed teams of up to thirty and now thrives in teaching others how to do so too. If you’ve got a management problem, she’s either seen it before or she will help you get to the answer - guaranteed!
My Story
They say you join a job and leave a manager; and I've left several. ​At thirteen I worked for a draconian woman who ran the tea room I worked in. She used to take her share of the tips (roughly £1.85 each) and she made me cry- more than once about not putting too much coffee in the mugs.

No one sets out to be a bad manager, and in start up, everyone thinks they are creating the best culture- and honestly, most are doing their best. What I enjoy doing is taking people who are keen and ready to learn from cosy to high performing; whether that's through a workshop or speaking event or coaching founders one to one, the benefit comes in knowing I will have made all the mistakes before, and I will be able to answer any people management question you have.
